About BAM Karaoke Box:
BAM Karaoke Box is taking the UK by storm, offering Londoners a premium and luxurious karaoke experience! With 22 private rooms, multiple bars, an outdoor terrace, a live music stage, and unique room concepts, we’re searching for an enthusiastic and organised Bartender to join our growing team.
What You Do:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, including taking reservations over the phone, seating guests with reservations, and updating the seating chart.
- Manage the waiting list, accurately estimating wait times, and communicating effectively with guests.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables, offering menus and answering initial questions.
- Assist wait staff when necessary, such as with bussing tables or refilling water glasses.
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring the comfort of waiting guests.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, with proven potential.
Knowledge is important, but passion and attitude are crucial. - Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Confident and engaging personality, comfortable representing BAM in public settings.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
