We allow cakes to be brought into the venue, but please let our team know by emailing booking@bam-karaokebox.com at least four days in advance, and we will send you a waiver to sign. We also only allow one candle maximum per cake. BAM can provide all plates and cutlery for your cake. Also, please note we do not keep food or beverage overnight at BAM Karaoke Box.

Make your karaoke room extra special by adding balloons to be ready on arrival, or add a cake for that real ‘wow’ moment during your birthday party. Our birthday cakes can be pre-ordered on our e-shop or added at check-out for £40, and our helium balloons cost just £20.

Can I bring a cake with me?

How long is my gift card valid for?
Your gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Is the gift card valid on drinks?
The gift card is only valid for hire of our private karaoke rooms. However, the balance of your gift card will be converted into a credit available in your customer area: you can then pre-order your drinks via our e-shop with the remaining balance or use this same credit in our venues for your drinks or a new session, for example.
Can I cancel or change a session booked with a gift voucher?
If you cancel your session up to 72 hours before the initial date, the amount of the session will be credited to your customer account. On the other hand, if you cancel less than 72 hours before the date of your session, the amount of the session will be lost, as with a traditional purchase.
Is my gift card valid at all venues and for all sessions?
Yes, you can use your gift card in all our BAM Houses in London, Paris, Bordeaux, and Madrid on all our available sessions.
Can I use my gift card in instalments?
Yes, if you do not use your gift card in full, a credit note will be issued and available in your customer area so that you can use the remaining balance on your gift card. Can I bring decorations into my room?
Yes you can, but we do not accept any confetti. If you would like to pre-order balloons for your room for any special celebrations or birthdays you can email booking@bam-karaokebox.com. Or if you would like to add a ‘Bride to Be’ neon for any hen parties, you can also do the same.
