How to activate my loyalty perks when they are inactive?

If your perks are showing as inactive this means that after your next booking you will receive our fabulous loyalty perks.

Can we book a table at the BAM BAM Bar?

The BAM BAM Bar can be booked via OpenTable or by emailing one of our team at booking@bam-karaokebox.com. Please feel free to come for food or drink either before your karaoke session or after, we’ll do everything we can to find you a table if we have availability.

Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice for your booking will be available the day after your session. You can find it in your customer area.

From your customer area:

  1. Click on ‘My past bookings’
  2. Then on ‘See more’.
  3. Click on ‘Get invoice’.

We cannot provide you with an invoice for the consumption ticket purchased at the time of your booking because we cannot know in advance what you will consume. This is because the VAT rate on alcoholic beverages is different from that on soft drinks/food.

Therefore, when you use your drink voucher in one of our establishments, the till receipt you receive will act as an invoice (with the correct VAT).

How can I find the photos and videos taken during my session?

You will receive an e-mail with a link to your videos and photos the day after your session.
They are also available in your Dashboard, which you can access from your customer area by clicking on ‘My photos and videos’.
To download them, click on one of the videos or photos. You will find a button below it.

 

How can I be sure that the photos and videos are really taken during your karaoke session? The image insert must be present in the top right-hand corner of the karaoke screen while you’re singing!

Photos and videos are available for 3 months in the Customer Area. Don’t forget to download them as they are automatically deleted after 3 months.

What type of music is available?

Every month, we add new titles to the catalogue based on your requests, so keep an eye on what’s new and don’t hesitate to follow us on Facebook or Instagram (UK, France, Spain) to keep up to date! We’re currently working on adding titles in Japanese, Chinese and Spanish!

Our catalogue is made up of several pre-established playlists if you don’t have the inspiration to create your own Collaborative Playlist. From French chanson to English hits, from K-pop to Spanish reggaeton, you’re bound to find what you’re looking for!

Your favourite song is not available: go to ‘I’d like to suggest songs to add to the BAM catalogue’.

For tracks in a foreign language: search by artist you know (e.g. J Balvin in Spanish) because even if the track isn’t in the ‘Spanish’ playlist, it’s probably hidden somewhere else!
