About BAM Karaoke Box:

BAM Karaoke Box is taking the UK by storm, offering Londoners a premium and luxurious karaoke experience! With 22 private rooms, multiple bars, an outdoor terrace, a live music stage, and unique room concepts, we’re searching for an enthusiastic and organised Bartender to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with enthusiasm and warmth. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring all guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, creating an inviting and enjoyable experience.
• Upsell food and beverage items with genuine recommendations and positive communication.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (e.g., restaurant, bar, hotel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and go the extra mile for guests.
