About BAM Karaoke Box:
BAM Karaoke Box is taking the UK by storm, offering Londoners a premium and luxurious karaoke experience! With 22 private rooms, multiple bars, an outdoor terrace, a live music stage, and unique room concepts, we’re searching for an enthusiastic and organized Bartender to join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
- Be part of the Bar Team: Take on leadership responsibilities within the bar team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient service, and adherence to high standards.
- Develop and showcase your bartending expertise.
- Prepare classic cocktails, craft beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
- Help maintain bar inventory and manage costs by controlling stock levels and minimizing the wastage.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging atmosphere: Interact with guests, recommend drinks, and create a vibrant and memorable experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender, with proven potential.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Exceptional creativity and passion for cocktail development.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Confident and engaging personality, comfortable representing BAM in public settings.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
