About the role:

We are searching for a talented and passionate KP/Commis Chef to join our dynamic team. As part of
the BAM kitchen team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume kitchen and delivering an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Support:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients, and cleaning stations.
• Replenish kitchen supplies and maintain stock levels.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic working environment.

Learning & Development:

• Actively observe and learn from experienced chefs, asking questions and demonstrating a willingness to learn new techniques.
• Assist with plating and presentation tasks as your skills develop.
• Participate in training opportunities provided by the restaurant.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a strong team spirit.
