We allow under 18s to enter BAM to sing in our karaoke rooms between 3-6pm on weekdays and 12-6pm on Sunday. We do not permit U18s on Saturdays. All under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (one adult per five U16s), during their booking, this includes going to the bathroom, and U18s are not allowed in the bar unless they are attending our monthly Sunday Kids Disney Brunch Club or for a private function. Our venue is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old.

We allow 16 and 17 year olds into the premises without adult supervision within the U18 times above, but ID must be shown or they will be denied entry. BAM operates a Challenge 25 policy so ID may be requested upon entry.

BAM’s karaoke catalogue has plenty of music for children and teens so we’ve got you covered, but it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to ensure children do not access songs which explain explicit lyrics.

We do indeed, balloons are welcomed but no adhesive, glitter or confetti. You can decorate ahead of time in the 10 minute time gap between sessions.

We have private karaoke boxes ranging from 4 to 40 guests and you will be allocated a karaoke box that matches your group capacity when confirming the package.

We allow cakes to be brought into the venue, but please let our team know by emailing booking@bam-karaokebox.com at least four days in advance, and we will send you a waiver to sign. We also only allow one candle maximum per cake. BAM can provide all plates and cutlery for your cake.

We do not accept outside food and drinks for consumption, asides from cakes. You can order on arrival, during your karaoke session, or pre-order from the website, on your Customer Account.

If you are planning to bring a cake with you to BAM please let our team know by emailing booking@bam-karaokebox.com at least four days in advance, and we will send you a waiver to sign. We also only allow one candle maximum per cake. BAM can provide all plates and cutlery for your cake.

You will be sent a pre-order close to the date of your booking where you can select dishes for your guests. One dish per guest, this does not have to be the same dish for every guest.

For our family packages, the treat bags include sweets suitable for children. For the Disney Kids Brunch Club this includes sweets, Disney ears, glow sticks and a mini microphone key ring to take home.

We require 72 hours notice for guests to be added if they wish to book any packages.
